Intuit’s CEO Brad Smith has a great analogy about our business focus that ties to the things people can’t live without: air, water and food. For businesses, I’d add another to the list: cash flow! Small businesses tend to think of their finances in terms of money in, money out. Scary statistic provided by our InvoiceSherpa friends: more than 60% of invoices are paid late, which means the money isn’t coming in as quickly as it should. InvoiceSherpa to the rescue!
QBO makes invoicing very quick and easy, but the follow-up to get paid can be tiresome and awkward (No one likes to make the “you owe me money” phone call.) InvoiceSherpa automates all of the difficult and time-consuming follow up. It integrates seamlessly with QBO and syncs new invoices and contacts every 30 minutes. Scheduling reminders can be automated or adjusted to your preferred schedule.
You can customize reminders with your logo, company colours, links and more, to make it a visual extension of your business. InvoiceSherpa often gets invoices paid before they’re due(!) and stops following up as soon as the invoice is paid.
