Check out the “dock bar” at the top of the screen – it understands what you type into it, rather than conforming to a set form. It’s fast and easy, and you can input as much or as little information as you want.
When you’re ready to bill, MinuteDock can generate a draft invoice in your QBO account based on the time you’ve chosen to include.
You can even send time logged in MinuteDock directly through to QBO as Time Activities, with lots of flexibility on the Class & Item/Service mappings – this is great for reporting in QBO or running Payroll.
